By submitting an item for repair via our KfxIntakeWiz or in-store:
- Evaluation: We will provide an initial estimate; however, if further issues are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you for approval of revised costs.
- Liability: Stampar Jewelers is responsible for your jewelry while in our possession. However, we are not responsible for inherent flaws in gemstones or metals that may result in damage during the standard course of repair (e.g., heat-sensitive stones or brittle metals).
- Unclaimed Items: Items left for more than 90 days after notice of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal in accordance with local laws.
4. SMS and Communications
Our communication via SMS is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated updates regarding your orders, repairs, and appointments. Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
