Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days for standard jewelry pieces. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your item, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Note on Custom Pieces: As custom-crafted jewelry and prescription-integrated items are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable. Cancellations for custom orders are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that custom-crafted items are ineligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We offer specialized services for item adjustments and lens replacements. Simply contact us by phone regarding exchanges.
