"I just had a pleasant experience at Stampar Jewelers having taken a watch for supposed repair as according to Battery Plus in Chaisewood Plaza the mechanism was faulty. They claimed the 2 batteries they replaced weren’t the problem. When the jeweler looked at the watch he immediately found the problem to be the battery which he replaced free of charge! Apparently it had been degraded by age as had the first one I suppose. This is an old school business with real customer care unlike so many nowadays. Furthermore whilst waiting I couldn’t help but notice many beautiful pieces for sale a little different from the average. I would strongly recommend a visit both for repair or purchase as honesty is a rare virtue in these mercenary times."
