Typically, the custom process takes 4 to 6 weeks from the initial consultation to the finished piece. This timeline allows for CAD modeling, 3D printing of a wax prototype for you to try on, and the final casting and setting. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes, we provide comprehensive appraisals for insurance purposes. Our GIA-trained gemologists will examine your piece and provide a detailed document stating the retail replacement value. We recommend updating appraisals every 3-5 years to account for market fluctuations.

Yes, our on-site master jewelers can repair almost any piece of fine jewelry, regardless of where it was purchased. Services include ring sizing, prong retipping, chain soldering, and stone replacement. Your jewelry never leaves our secure facility.
